Best Practice Visit- Standardisation & CI in the workplace

• Developing a strategy for standardisation and continuous
improvement in the organisation – exposure to best practice
• Evaluating current strategies
• Design & implementation of standard operating procedures
• Continuous improvement – evaluating the full range tools and
techniques. What will work best for my organisation.
• Auditing process
• Running a Kaizen event
• Standardisation & CI champions
• Training & Development to support standardisation and CI in
the workplace
• What does effective leadership look like in terms of promoting
standardisation and CI in the organisation

Costs:
To facilitate the visits, there will be an investment per participant of
£600.00 (per Best Practice Group). Payments are to be made to The
LDC during 2025 to cover participant involvement. Each member
organisation will be required to sign an agreement with The LDC to
commit employees to the 2025 process. This agreement commits The
LDC and its member organisations to work in partnership and deliver
some positive outcomes through our Best Practice Groups.
Should a BPG visit be at Nissan, this will incur an additional charge of £250.00 per person.
