DESCRIPTION:Best Practice Visit- Employee Wellbeing \nFebruary 26th @ 9am-5pm \nAreas to be discussed and developed:\n• Designing and developing a wellbeing strategy and\nidentifying the key ingredients\, the role of organisational\nleaders and their visibility.\n• The selection and development of wellbeing champions and\nmental health first aiders.\n• Developing a strong business case for employee wellbeing.\n• Identifying the areas of wellbeing support which appear to\nhave the most impact.\n• Developing a support infrastructure for wellbeing champions\n– a series of workshops and events\n• Maintaining pace\, impact and momentum around the\nwellbeing strategy.\n• Measuring success – how will we know that the wellbeing\nstrategy is effective.\n• Building a collaborative picture of best practice \nBPG Lead: Saleem Shafi \nCosts:\nTo facilitate the visits\, there will be an investment per participant of\n£600.00 (per Best Practice Group). Payments are to be made to The\nLDC during 2025 to cover participant involvement. Each member\norganisation will be required to sign an agreement with The LDC to\ncommit employees to the 2025 process. This agreement commits The\nLDC and its member organisations to work in partnership and deliver\nsome positive outcomes through our Best Practice Groups. \nShould a BPG visit be at Nissan\, this will incur an additional charge of £250.00 per person.
