DESCRIPTION:Best Practice Visit- First Line Leader Development & Engagement \nMay 15th @ 9am-5pm \nKey areas of discussion and implementation:\n• LDC 12 Best Practice Indicators as a framework\n• Designing the role of the FLL – technical\, operational\, and leadership\n• Leadership identity – the desire to lead\n• The selection of new FLL\n• Identifying behaviours and competencies that lead to excellent\nperformance\n• Communicating with and engaging our FLL\n• The continued development of FLL \nBPG Lead: Michael Buckley\, The LDC \nCosts:\nTo facilitate the visits\, there will be an investment per participant of\n£600.00 (per Best Practice Group). Payments are to be made to The\nLDC during 2025 to cover participant involvement. Each member\norganisation will be required to sign an agreement with The LDC to\ncommit employees to the 2025 process. This agreement commits The\nLDC and its member organisations to work in partnership and deliver\nsome positive outcomes through our Best Practice Groups. \nShould a BPG visit be at Nissan\, this will incur an additional charge of £250.00 per person.
