DESCRIPTION:Best Practice Visit- Building an Intentional Culture \nSeptember 17th @ 9am-5pm \nKey areas of discussion and implementation:\n• What do we mean by culture and what does a great culture feel like\n• Importance of being clear on mission\, vision & values\n• Turning clear values into clear behavioural expectations\n• Leadership commitment to living the culture everyday\n• Developing a high-performance state of mind\n• Culture as a source of real competitive advantage\n• Sustaining a healthy culture through coaching & mentoring\n• What are the stakeholder perceptions\n• Measuring cultural impact on the organisation \nBPG Lead: Mark Dewhurst\, business coach & owner of Simply Culture Ltd \nCosts:\nTo facilitate the visits\, there will be an investment per participant of\n£600.00 (per Best Practice Group). Payments are to be made to The\nLDC during 2025 to cover participant involvement. Each member\norganisation will be required to sign an agreement with The LDC to\ncommit employees to the 2025 process. This agreement commits The\nLDC and its member organisations to work in partnership and deliver\nsome positive outcomes through our Best Practice Groups. \nShould a BPG visit be at Nissan\, this will incur an additional charge of £250.00 per person.
