DESCRIPTION:Best Practice Visit- Coaching & Mentoring (Annual Gathering) \nDecember 4th & 5th @ 9am-5pm \nKey areas of discussion and implementation:\nOver the course of the year\, participants will develop the skills and confidence\nto hold effective and powerful coaching and mentoring conversations. You\nwill:\n• Confidently apply frameworks and models to support the training and\ndevelopment of colleagues.\n• Be able to coach people at any level of the organisation\, to the standard\nof a professional management coach.\n• Develop your leadership skills by integrating non-directive\, and\nempowering\, communication approaches.\n• Have a positive impact on your organisation’s culture and performance\nby integrating coaching and mentoring into your daily interactions\nwith colleagues and clients. \nBPG Lead: Alex Firmin\, MSC Ed\, MSC Psychology \nCosts:\nTo facilitate the visits\, there will be an investment per participant of\n£600.00 (per Best Practice Group). Payments are to be made to The\nLDC during 2025 to cover participant involvement. Each member\norganisation will be required to sign an agreement with The LDC to\ncommit employees to the 2025 process. This agreement commits The\nLDC and its member organisations to work in partnership and deliver\nsome positive outcomes through our Best Practice Groups. \nShould a BPG visit be at Nissan\, this will incur an additional charge of £250.00 per person.
