DESCRIPTION:Our BPG will focus on the benefits of standardisation in the workplace and developing an effective culture around continuous improvement. We will have ongoing support from the Nissan car plant in Sunderland. \nKey areas of discussion and implementation:  \n• Developing a strategy for standardisation and continuous improvement in the organisation – exposure to best practice\n• Evaluating current strategies\n• Design & implementation of standard operating procedures\n• Continuous improvement – evaluating the full range tools and techniques.
