DESCRIPTION:Best Practice Visit- Standardisation & CI in the workplace \nMarch 10th @ 9am-5pm \nKey areas of discussion and implementation:\n• Developing a strategy for standardisation and continuous\nimprovement in the organisation – exposure to best practice\n• Evaluating current strategies\n• Design & implementation of standard operating procedures\n• Continuous improvement – evaluating the full range tools and\ntechniques. What will work best for my organisation.\n• Auditing process\n• Running a Kaizen event\n• Standardisation & CI champions\n• Training & Development to support standardisation and CI in\nthe workplace\n• What does effective leadership look like in terms of promoting\nstandardisation and CI in the organisation \nBPG Lead: Nissan L&D Team \nCosts:\nTo facilitate the visits\, there will be an investment per participant of\n£600.00 (per Best Practice Group). Payments are to be made to The\nLDC during 2025 to cover participant involvement. Each member\norganisation will be required to sign an agreement with The LDC to\ncommit employees to the 2025 process. This agreement commits The\nLDC and its member organisations to work in partnership and deliver\nsome positive outcomes through our Best Practice Groups. \nShould a BPG visit be at Nissan\, this will incur an additional charge of £250.00 per person.
