What will work best for my organisation.\n• Auditing process\n• Running a Kaizen event\n• Standardisation & CI champions\n• Training & Development to support standardisation and CI in\nthe workplace\n• What does effective leadership look like in terms of promoting\nstandardisation and CI in the organisation \nBPG Lead: Nissan L&D Team \nCosts:\nTo facilitate the visits\, there will be an investment per participant of\n£600.00 (per Best Practice Group). Payments are to be made to The\nLDC during 2025 to cover participant involvement. Each member\norganisation will be required to sign an agreement with The LDC to\ncommit employees to the 2025 process. This agreement commits The\nLDC and its member organisations to work in partnership and deliver\nsome positive outcomes through our Best Practice Groups. \nShould a BPG visit be at Nissan\, this will incur an additional charge of £250.00 per person.

SUMMARY:FLL Development Experience
DESCRIPTION:  \nOUR FIRST LINE LEADER DEVELOPMENT EXPERIENCE\nThe design and delivery of the 9-day experience is driven by our 12 best practice indicators.\n• The LDC team will support with the selection of individuals\n• We deliver the 9 days with a maximum of 10 people\n• The cost for each participant is £2100.00 – Payment will be required 30 days in advance of the experience starting.\n• We’ll facilitate discussions with previous participants\n• We hold a briefing session for sponsors and line managers before the experience starts\n• The final day involves a team presentation to sponsors and line managers – outcomes and recommendations\n• Dates are available on the LDC website\n• On completion of the 9-day experience participants will then become members of the LDC FLL Alumni community. \nKey Points of the experience:\n• The experience will meet the needs of both aspiring and existing FLL\n• There will be a minimum of 4 benchmarking visits over the 9 days\n• The LDC delivery team will hold discussions with all the participants prior to the start of each experience\n• A more detailed schedule will be made available well in advance of the experience starting                                                                                                            • Evidence suggests 2 participants from the same organisation works effectively- on each experience                                                                                              • Travelling and some overnight stays will be involved\n• The experience will include a Kaizen event in partnership with one of the sponsoring organisations. \n
