Our activities and support over the summer months will focus on existing members but will hopefully facilitate the recruitment of new members. An innovative blend of benchmarking visits, development workshops and online events.
- In partnership with Durham University Business School our research project around effective leadership and humility
- Our ongoing project around 1 to 1 reviews in the workplace and the creation of a resource pack to support this work
- Series of one hour online development workshops
- A reset around our mentoring community.
- Promoting organisational culture with a series of activities during w/c July 6th
- Benchmarking visit to Nissan on June 25th, 2026
- Benchmarking visit to Tong Garden Centre on July 8th, 2026
- BPG Employee Wellbeing @ Nissan on July 9th
- North East Steering Group meeting on a monthly basis
- Introduction of our Building For The Future Development Experience (starting in September)
We are certainly not slowing down over the summer period and we hope a wider range of colleagues from each organisation will be engaged in these opportunities
