A development and benchmarking opportunity to observe operational excellence at the Nissan Sunderland Plant. We have worked closely with Nissan over a number of years and the outcomes have always been tangible and helped our member organisations to move forward with their cultural journey.
Our one-day benchmarking visits provide the opportunity to observe a world class manufacturing environment and begin to access a range of resources that are available to LDC member organisations. The team at Nissan are beginning to offer direct support to our member organisations.
