Our BPG will focus on the opportunity to build strategic and sustainable partnerships with customers and suppliers. Measuring success and return on investment will be a key feature of our work.
A robust evaluation of current relationships with customers and suppliers. Identifying a best practice framework for this evaluation.
• Building a model of best practice through our benchmarking visits, research activities and collaborative projects.
• Identifying continuous improvement opportunities with suppliers and customers.
• Effective communication and internal development around customer and supplier relationships. ‘Paying attention’ to these important areas.
• Opportunity to invite customers and suppliers to our benchmarking visits
• Building ‘Big’ relationships – trust, transparency and upholding the psychological contract.
• Kaizen events with customers and suppliers
