BPG Standardisation & CI

Our BPG will focus on the benefits of standardisation in the workplace and developing an effective culture around continuous improvement. We will have ongoing support from the Nissan car plant in Sunderland.

Key areas of discussion and implementation:

• Developing a strategy for standardisation and continuous improvement in the organisation – exposure to best practice
• Evaluating current strategies
• Design & implementation of standard operating procedures
• Continuous improvement – evaluating the full range tools and techniques. What will work best for my organisation.
• Auditing process
• Running a Kaizen event
• Standardisation & CI champions
• Training & Development to support standardisation and CI in the workplace
• What does effective leadership look like in terms of promoting standardisation and CI in the organisation
