Our BPG will focus on the opportunity to support our local communities and create real social impact.
Key areas of work:
• A robust evaluation of current strategies to support our local communities – supported by LDC assessment ratings
• Understanding the real needs of our local communities – a research led process
• Selecting the right partners in our local communities
• Building a model of best practice through our benchmarking visits, research activities and collaborative projects
• Designing a strategy to support local communities
• Internal community champions – practical leadership development
• Volunteering and how this supports our own wellbeing
• Measuring success and exploring a range of methodologies
