Following on from the initial 5 day development programme we have formed our second FLM Alumni Group. A great day at BSC Filters and we look forward to working with everyone over the next 12 months. The organisations represented include Ardagh Glass, Fernite, Marpak, M&H Plastics and BSC Filters. Hannah & Adrian, we’ll catch up next time.
The team are currently considering their collaborative project – but initial discussions have suggested they will look at the selection & induction of new employees (but also what great support looks like for the first 12 months of employment for the new employee). We’ll certainly be doing some work around effective leadership.
Our next 5 day FLM programme starts on June 3rd. Our first FLM Alumni Conference is being held on October 25th 2019
