The LDC is pleased to announce that Alex Firmin will be joining our community, and will be playing an active role in supporting our delivery team. Alex brings a wealth of experience to the LDC: he had 10 years of international service as an Army officer before moving into Learning and Development, and his approach benefits from plenty of practical experience to compliment the theoretical side. Alex is also an associate tutor of the University of York, specialises in leadership, coaching, and applied psychology.

Alex has been actively engaged in virtual delivery over the past few months, and will initially be delivering a range of 2 hour workshops to our member organisations in subjects including coaching, mentoring, leadership and professional development.

We look forward to working with Alex and delivering some great outcomes.
