A new breed of champion emerged at Ardagh Glass on 10th May 2017. Restorative Practice (RP) Champions from Ardagh and DS Smith assembled for the first meeting of the LDC’s RP Champions Programme, which supports and develops key in-house expertise in Restorative Practice.

Both these companies have made significant time investments in training all their staff in RP to help them achieve more and make for a better and more effective workplace community.

The RP Champions are staff who are interested in RP and see its potential to achieve even more and they get ongoing support, specific training and ideas, project work to implement improvements in the workplace, and as much peer support as they need to get the job done.

The meeting enabled Ardagh’s staff, already over 2 years into their programme, to share their knowledge and experiences with the folks from DS Smith, who have undergone training and are just rolling out their use of RP now.
