We organised our visit to Nissan through the LDC. We had a wide range of objectives for the visit, from first line manager development to the cascading of strategy and objectives. The day was very informative and Colin our Nissan host was knowledgeable, flexible and responsive to our requirements. We came away from the day with 3 key action points to implement and lots of food for thought. Probably one of the most value-adding days I have experienced in the last 10 years.
