We have developed some assessment ratings which cover a range of cultural wellbeing indicators. Access to the ratings are only available to our member organisations. We discuss the ratings whenever the opportunity arises – drop in sessions, development programmes, on line workshops and benchmarking activities. We have found that organisational discussions (at any level) create a healthy debate and identify improvement opportunities.
