The leadership team at Ardagh Doncaster delivered an event for the LDC on December 2nd 2016. We had access to their cultural and performance interventions over the last 3 years. Quite a story!
- The approach taken to the recruitment and selection of new employees
- The introduction of restorative practice (tools & techniques) in order to build trust and work through challenging situations
- The introduction of “job chats” to support the engagement and development of team members on the shop floor
- The deployment of a Hoshin methodology in every department
- Some great work going on to support the local community
