We are running our 5 day development programme for FLM from April 16th ‘ 20th.

The 5 days will include a visit to Nissan, Ardagh Doncaster & DS Smith Featherstone. We have 12 participants and the programme looks at personal development, leadership effectiveness, continuous improvement and having greater influence within organisations. The 5 day programme is part of our overall FLM strategy.
