We have developed some assessment ratings that cover a range of cultural wellbeing indicators. Access to the ratings is only available to our member organisations. We discuss the ratings whenever the opportunity arises – drop in sessions, development programmes, online workshops, and benchmarking activities. We have found that organisational discussions (at any level) create a healthy debate and identify improvement opportunities.
