We have developed our best practice indicators over a number of years. Certainly our benchmarking activities have shaped the key areas, but also working closely with First Line Leaders over many years. Each indicator is supported by assessment ratings, helping each organisation to determine current performance and then develop improvement plans.

In our view, the indicators go beyond learning & development and represent a cultural ambition around the engagement and performance of First Line Leaders.
