LDC Mentoring Project
Our mentoring project continues to gather pace and we now have 10 new volunteer mentors from across the LDC community.
We have a group of experienced organisational leaders who provide mentoring support to first line leaders within the LDC community. On December 8th (Ardagh Glass Doncaster) we are running a workshop for new mentors and their mentees. Alex Firmin will be facilitating the workshop and he has kindly put together this short video – from his new home in the Lake District. We will also be launching our new level 5 coaching qualification.
