Best Practice Visit- Employee Wellbeing
September 30th @ 9am-5pm
Areas to be discussed and developed:
• Designing and developing a wellbeing strategy and
identifying the key ingredients, the role of organisational
leaders and their visibility.
• The selection and development of wellbeing champions and
mental health first aiders.
• Developing a strong business case for employee wellbeing.
• Identifying the areas of wellbeing support which appear to
have the most impact.
• Developing a support infrastructure for wellbeing champions
– a series of workshops and events
• Maintaining pace, impact and momentum around the
wellbeing strategy.
• Measuring success – how will we know that the wellbeing
strategy is effective.
• Building a collaborative picture of best practice

Costs:
To facilitate the visits, there will be an investment per participant of
£600.00 (per Best Practice Group). Payments are to be made to The
LDC during 2025 to cover participant involvement. Each member
organisation will be required to sign an agreement with The LDC to
commit employees to the 2025 process. This agreement commits The
LDC and its member organisations to work in partnership and deliver
some positive outcomes through our Best Practice Groups.
Should a BPG visit be at Nissan, this will incur an additional charge of £250.00 per person.
