We recently organised a benchmarking visit to 3M Newton Aycliffe for the good folks from Ardagh Doncaster. Thank you to Donna and Pippa for hosting the event and creating a great experience for the group. So many things to observe in terms of a culture of continuous improvement. We also had the opportunity to discuss their approach to training & development. Hopefully we’ll build a collaborative relationship between the two organisations.
