We have formed a first line manager ( FLM ) strategy group and we meet for the first time on May 25th.

The group will research best practice in terms of the selection, development and progression of FLM.

Part of the activity will include some benchmarking visits but also working closely with the Nissan plant at Sunderland. We shall communicate our findings and recommendations on an ongoing basis. Our 12 best practice indicators will provide a framework for the group
