We are pleased to announce that DHL, the World’s No 1 logistics supplier has joined The Learning & Development Consortium. DHL supply chain operate in over 200 countries and we are very excited to welcome their Manufacturing Logistics sector to the LDC, bringing knowledge and experience from the automotive, aviation, construction engineering and rail sectors.

With their focus on colleague engagement, first line leader development and continuous improvement they are a perfect partner to join our current members and help develop and support the strategy of the LDC in the months and years to come.

We’ll be working with Tony Fitton and his team, creating new opportunities and building a sustainable partnership. Tony will also be a member of our Advisory Board and is already coaching and bringing leadership to one of our FLL project teams.
