Thank you to everyone who completed the Durham University Business School survey – Leading Through Crisis -Management Challenges During COVID 19. We held a webinar on September 25th 2020 to hear about the survey results and begin to understand the organisational consequences.
We are consulting with our member organisations to identify some potential action points but anticipate a range of further workshops and research activities. The concept of servant leadership certainly emerged during our discussions.
