On behalf of the Learning & Development Consortium, I would like to introduce myself and say how much I am looking forward to working with everyone. My name is Laura, and I’ve been working with the LDC since September, mainly supporting Graham and Laura with everyday tasks and beginning to introduce new systems that will enhance our levels of service and communications.

I’ll be taking responsibility for the following areas:

✅ Managing the detail associated with our Best Practice Groups
☑️ Introduction of our new Teams channel
✅ Requesting POs and issuing invoices
☑️ Organising Graham’s schedule
✅ Website updates
☑️ Event reminders
✅ Supporting our BPG leads

Graham has suggested a job title – Head of Attention To Detail!! We have formed an LDC Leadership Group and I’m also a member of this group.

The LDC continues to grow and Graham needs to play a strategic role – delegating the detailed tasks to me. Members of the LDC Leadership Group are also beginning to get more involved in key areas of the business.
