We thought you might like to know what to expect in the first twelve months of joining as a member organisation, so here is a quick breakdown:

  1. An initial workshop which evaluates the current approach to Learning & Development using the 12 best practice indicators
  2. Agreeing some objectives for the first 12 months of membership – a real focus
  3. Beginning to join forums and building relationships with existing members
  4. Identifying opportunities through the New Member Tasting Menu
  5. Participating in some of the benchmarking visits e.g Nissan
  6. Beginning to design a Learning & Development strategy which is fit for purpose and identifies the priorities.
  7. Agreeing objectives for the second year of membership
