OUR FIRST LINE LEADER DEVELOPMENT EXPERIENCE
The design and delivery of the 9-day experience is driven by our 12 best practice indicators.
• The LDC team will support with the selection of individuals
• We deliver the 9 days with a maximum of 10 people
• The cost for each participant is £2100.00 – Payment will be required 30 days in advance of the experience starting.
• We’ll facilitate discussions with previous participants
• We hold a briefing session for sponsors and line managers before the experience starts
• The final day involves a team presentation to sponsors and line managers – outcomes and recommendations
• Dates are available on the LDC website
• On completion of the 9-day experience participants will then become members of the LDC FLL Alumni community.
Key Points of the experience:
• The experience will meet the needs of both aspiring and existing FLL
• There will be a minimum of 4 benchmarking visits over the 9 days
• The LDC delivery team will hold discussions with all the participants prior to the start of each experience
• A more detailed schedule will be made available well in advance of the experience starting • Evidence suggests 2 participants from the same organisation works effectively- on each experience • Travelling and some overnight stays will be involved
• The experience will include a Kaizen event in partnership with one of the sponsoring organisations.
