The leadership team at Ardagh Doncaster delivered an event for the LDC on December 2nd 2016. We had access to their cultural and performance interventions over the last 3 years. Quite a story!

  • The approach taken to the recruitment and selection of new employees
  • The introduction of restorative practice (tools & techniques) in order to build trust and work through challenging situations
  • The introduction of “job chats” to support the engagement and development of team members on the shop floor
  • The deployment of a Hoshin methodology in every department
  • Some great work going on to support the local community
  • The use of data to manage continuous improvement
  • Innovation and building strategic relationships with customers
