Thank you to Donna Parkinson from Portakabin for hosting and facilitating a great workshop. We took a strategic look at the successful design and implementation of an employee wellbeing strategy. The team at Portakabin are really setting the standard in terms of their work around employee wellbeing – providing great support to our member organisations.

Lots of interaction, reflection and discussion led to a successful outcome. Through our Best Practice Group we’ll track progress and continue to offer proactive support. We are beginning to think about a range of events for mental health first aiders and wellbeing champions.

The Portakabin team recently won the Mental Health First Aid award at the InsideOut Awards.
