Supervisory Development Support

Excellent Coaching Workshops

We received confirmation from the Ardagh Group that we’ll be supporting their supervisory development programme over the next 12 months. The programme is validated by the University of Lincoln and we’ve supported the programme for over 10 years. We look forward to working with the group and delivering some great outcomes.

We continued to deliver our 2 hour virtual workshops and Alex Firmin provided some excellent input on coaching. Thanks to everyone who joined the call – feedback has been really encouraging. The events page on the LDC web site provides all the detail concerning future workshops.

Our final event of the week involved our FLL Strategy Group and Professor Susanne Braun from Durham University Business School (International Centre For Leadership & Followership). We discussed the consequences of COVID 19 on leaders & managers and began to discuss the idea of shared leadership. We’ve asked everyone to reflect on the discussion and then we’ll take our next steps.
