A productive Week for the LDC
Building for the Future Workshop
Lots of positive things happening for the LDC and a big thank you to our member organisations for their continued support and engagement.
We ran a 2-hour virtual workshop for our Building For The Future group – commercial & financial understanding. Martyn Lee delivered the workshop and we received positive feedback from the team. Martyn will now take a leadership role in the design and delivery of this programme. Next workshop is December 18th @2pm.
Our partnership with Lets Reset continues to develop and they delivered a strategic workshop on mental health & employee wellbeing. Thank you to Suki & David for their support. We had around 30 people on the call and everyone started to tell their own personal stories. This openness simply added a different dimension to the workshop. Thank you also to Donna who presented the Portakabin story. Watch out for our next steps.
Finally at the end of the week we continued our support to the FLL team at Enva in Scotland. We’ve designed a 12 month development programme with our 12 best indicators shaping the content and approach. Some great discussions during the call. Next session is on December 10th – time management & prioritisation.
