We continue to support DS Smith with the design and implementation of their FLM strategy. On June 6th & 7th we supported a workshop for aspiring FLM in the business. A range of discussions, development exercises and business updates led to a very positive outcome for all concerned.

We are taking the group to Nissan in July for a benchmarking visit. Delighted to be involved in this ambitious project
