The event will explore best practice and identify the various elements in the design of a wellbeing programme– culture, leadership behaviours, ways of working, training & education and resources generally. The workshop will also focus on a collaborative case study – working with Ardagh Glass & BKCAT.

- The importance and benefits of creating a culture of wellbeing & performance
- What are the organisational challenges around employee wellbeing
- A wellbeing & performance programme
- Case studies – Portakabin, Ardagh Glass and BKCAT
- Break out sessions – assessment against the 7 needs of wellbeing and beginning to identify priorities and action plans for 2022
Desired outcome – Awareness on how to build a wellbeing & performance programme that will help to avoid burnout, focus on organisational results and improve people’s wellbeing, energy and performance for 2022 delivery
